How to Get 14.99 in FREE Groceries from Ralphs

Okay, the coupon DOES WORK. But there is a method to it. Get $14.99 of free groceries. Heres how --You go shopping and get $20-$25 worth of groceries (to help you fly under the radar, technically you need $15)Go to the pharmacy and ask for the contour monitor and ask if you can pay for it up front (since you need to pay for your groceries anyways)Go up front and get everything scanned WITHOUT SCANNING YOUR KROGER CARDThen you give them your coupon(s) and make sure to tell them to price adjust the contour coupon down to $14.99 (be honest!)Then and only then scan your Kroger card or punch your phone number into the debit/cc thingy. YOU MUST DO THIS STEP AFTER YOUR GROCERIES AND COUPONS ARE SCANNED. Then watch your total drop by $14.99 when your Kroger card is entered. I say to buy a few extra dollars of groceries because Kurt didn't do this, had a total of $2.04 and almost got a manager called. It would also help to have a few other coupnons so that it looks like your total is dropping due to other q's too. My total was $8 and nobody questioned me. DO NOT USE USAN/SELF CHECKOUT.hope this helps!

Cutting Coupons

People cut their coupons different ways, and some dont cut them. If you plan on using a binder to file your coupons here is how I do it and it makes it easier. Once I have all my stacks of coupon filers I match them up. Make sure you put the same stack together. Look at the top of the book and match the pictures. Sometimes you will have to Smart Source in your papers, but with different coupons. Start with one stack. Using your counter, table or floor you want to seperate them. If you need to tear some apart hold one side down and gently tear the otherside away. Lay them all out from one stack and them do the same with the rest from the same pile. Think of it as playing the match up game. (example: if you bought 8 papers with one smart source filer that had 10 pages in it then you will have 10 stacks of 8 .) If you plan on stapling your coupons make sure your papers line up. Staple each coupon stack. When you staple all the coupons make sure you do not staple the bar code or exp. date. Once they are all stapled you can cut the dotted line. Making sure not to cut the exp. date or bar code. Stapling them will make filing easier.

If your plan is to cut when you need them. make sure you write the date on the front page or your file folder. Just place them in and when its time to use them pull them out and cut away just the ones you need.

This is all very easy, and once again you will find what works best for you.

What Do You Need to Get Started

Are you ready to cut all the coupons you have? Here is a list of items you might want to have to get started.
1. Large Three Ring Binder
2. Baseball Card Holders (found at Walmart in office supply area) start with about 10 packs
3. Dividers (20)
4. Stapler and Staples
5. Enevelopes

If you dont want to file them in a binder have a small file box that you can lable with dates you bought the papers. This will help you find the coupons you will need.

You will find the system that works for you best. Just remember you are the one doing the shopping, and you need to be able to find the coupons you need.
